Perfecta!!! Positive: Maria fue tremenda host. Siempre respondiendo nuestras dudas casi casi al instante. Fue siempre muy clara de todo. La locacion es excelente ya que de ahi todo esta super cerca (ademas que la ubicacion es muuuy centrica). Apesar de habernos hospedado en dias donde se celebraba el triunfo de España, el ruido exterior ni se sintio/escucho aun cuando el balcon daba hacia la Calle Mayor. El lugar siempre, pero siempre se mantuvo super limpio. Super recomendado! Negative: No A/C

We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Tokyo! Positive: We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a real home away from home. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Higashi Nakano Station and very easy access to Shinjuku and all of Tokyo. We also loved having convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Communication with the host was excellent, with clear instructions and quick responses throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Negative: Honestly, very little. If we had to mention anything, the walk from the station with large luggage was a little tiring in the summer heat, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo and certainly didn’t take away from our experience. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Reasonable Positive: The owner left air conditioning ON for us, so when we arrived, the room was so warm. Very appreciated. We had a great time in the apartment. Good location, clean room, reasonable. I would stay again when I visit Tokyo. Negative: Some improvements are expected. 1; toilet paper was almost run-out and no spare roll. 2; there was stain on the bed sheet. 3; bed flame was unstable.
